摘  要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,各类短视频、微博、微信等新媒体形式逐渐转变了人们获取信息的方式,也对传统课程带来巨大挑战,同时也带来发展机遇。因此,《民法》教材编写中的课程思政要充分利用新媒体的先进技术手段和传播优势,实现传统课程和新媒体的高度融合,持续创新和优化课程中思政内容,拓展传播效率和传播范围,创造更多具有特色的校本课程,发挥其有的社会价值。With the rapid development of information technology,various new media forms such as short vide-os,Weibo,and WeChat have gradually transformed the way people obtain information,posing significant challen-ges to traditional courses while also presenting opportunities for development.Therefore,ideological and political education in the compilation of Civil Law textbooks should fully leverage the advanced technological means and communication advantages of new media to achieve a high degree of integration between traditional courses and new media traditions.Continuous innovation and optimization of the ideological and political content within the curricu-lum are necessary to expand its communication efficiency and scope,create more distinctive school-based courses,and realize their social value.
