摘 要:为了提高气体流量标定设备的控制特性,改善稳态时间、标定精度及重复度等关键指标,提出一种主动活塞式气体流量标准装置,该装置的检定压力要求大于大气压,活塞气缸为检定过程供气并调节气压。先采用常规PID控制方法对该气体流量标准装置进行仿真实验,针对标定过程中出现的压力非线性延迟、流量压力强耦合等问题,采用依靠气压反馈实时变更气压控制量的参量迭代式PID控制方法以完成气压追踪控制,同时搭建AMESim控制模型并进行实验验证。结果表明:与常规PID控制方法标定结果相比,采用迭代PID控制的标定设备能够缩短稳态时间至60 s以内,在流量点切换时可在5 s内建立新的稳定气压,并且误差重复性不超过0.01%。In order to enhance the control characteristics of gas flow calibration equipment and improve key indicators such as steady-state time,calibration accuracy,and repeatability,an active piston-type gas flow standard device was proposed.The verification pressure of the device was required to be greater than atmospheric pressure,and the piston cylinder was used to supply gas for the verification process and regulate the pressure.Initially,a conventional PID control method was used for simulation experiments on this gas flow standard device.Addressing issues such as pressure nonlinear delay and strong coupling between flow and pressure during calibration,a parametric iterative PID control method relying on pressure feedback to change the pressure control quantity in real time was adopted to complete the pressure tracking control.Additionally,an AMESim control model was constructed and experimentally validated.The results show that compared with the calibration results of conventional PID control method,the calibration device employing iterative PID control can reduce the steady-state time to within 60 s,establish a new stable pressure within 5 s during flow point switching,with error repeatability not exceeding 0.01%.
