摘  要:城市更新已成为实现城市转型与高质量发展的关键,高效、快速、准确获取并处理城市更新基础数据是城市更新改造顺利开展的前提。本文在分析、总结广州市城市更新基础数据调查项目经验的基础上,梳理形成标准化作业流程,以实际需求为导向,分析城市更新基础数据处理难点和自动化需求,综合利用CAD LISP/DCL、C#ArcEngine、EPS、FME等开发技术,探索实现出一条行之有效的广州市城市更新基础数据自动化处理工作体系路径,可解决工程作业中的实际问题,提高数据生产效率和成果质量,为同类项目数据处理方法路径研究提供有益的参考和借鉴。Urban renewal has become an essential aspect of achieving urban transformation and high-quality development.In order to proceed the urban renewal smoothly,it is imperative to acquire and process basic data of the city efficiently,rapidly and accurately.Building upon the analysis and summary of the Guangzhou urban renewal survey project,this work aims to meet actual needs by organizing the operation process and examining the challenges and automation requirements of processing urban renewal basic data.By extensively utilizing technologies such as CAD LISP/DCL,C#ArcEngine,EPS,and FME,an effective working system has been developed to automatically process basic data of urban renewal in Guangzhou.This system successfully addresses practical issues encountered in engineering operations,improving both data production efficiency and the quality of the results.Ultimately,this work serves as a valuable reference for researching data processing methods and approaches in similar projects.
