摘  要:于2022年12月6日-2023年8月16日,在汕尾海区开展由葡萄牙牡蛎二倍体♀×太平洋牡蛎四倍体♂杂交形成的三倍体牡蛎的繁育和养殖试验。结果表明,在水温25~26℃、盐度3.1%及pH值8.1条件下,杂交三倍体牡蛎受精卵经过16 h孵化,发育成D型幼虫,经过18 d培育,一半以上幼虫发育到眼点幼虫期,投放扇贝壳供幼虫附着。1 mm稚贝在汕尾江牡岛海域采用扇贝笼养殖8个半月左右,平均壳高>90 mm,平均体质量>80 g,生长状况良好。表明葡萄牙牡蛎二倍体♀×太平洋牡蛎四倍体♂杂交形成的三倍体牡蛎适合在该海域养殖。The breeding and culture experiment of Crassostrea angulata diploid×Crassostrea gigas tetraploid hybrid triploid oyster was carried out in Shanwei from December 6,2022 to August 16,2023.The results showed that under the conditions of water temperature of 25-26℃,salinity of 3.1%and pH of 8.1,the fertilized eggs of hybrid triploid oysters incubated for 16 h and developed into D-type larvae.After 18 days of cultivation,more than half of the larvae developed to the eye point larvae stage and were placed on scallop shells for attached.1 mm larvae were cultured in scallop cages for about 8 and a half months in the sea area of Shanweijiang Island,with average shell height>90 mm and average body weight>80 g,and the growth condition was good.The results showed that Portuguese oyster diploid×Pacific oyster tetraploid hybrid triploid oyster was suitable for culture in the sea area.
