木棉叶总黄酮抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:以抗坏血酸(V_(C))为阳性对照品,采用芬顿反应法、邻苯三酚自氧化法等研究木棉叶总黄酮清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基的活性。结果表明,与V_(C)相比,木棉叶总黄酮的抗氧化活性更高,可更高效地清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基,其对应的EC_(50)分别为1.012、4.360、0.209μg/mL,V_(C)的EC_(50)分别是12.877、7.760、11.229μg/mL。根据此结果可判断出,在抗氧化方面木棉叶总黄酮表现出显著优势,在抗自由基方面有较高应用价值。Using ascorbic acid(V_(C))as a positive control,the activity of total flavonoids from Gossampinus malabarica leaves in scavenging hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals,and DPPH radicals was studied using Fenton reaction method,pyrogallol auto oxidation method,and other methods.The results showed that compared with V_(C),the total flavonoids in G.malabarica leaves had higher antioxidant activity and could efficiently scavenge hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion radicals and DPPH radicals,with corresponding EC_(50)values of 1.012,4.360 and 0.209μg/mL,respectively.The EC_(50)values of V_(C)were 12.877,7.760 and 11.229μg/mL,respectively.Based on this result,it can be concluded that the total flavonoids in G.malabarica leaves exhibit significant advantages in antioxidant properties and have high application value in combating free radicals.
