摘　　要：倡导科学研究与研究生教学的深度融合,实现科研促进研究生教学,这对于提升研究生教学质量和人才培养质量十分重要。如何将科研成果转化为优质研究生教学资源是研究生教学改革需要研究的重要课题。从科研成果转化为研究生教学资源的必要性出发,结合植物保护学科研究生教学特点,分析了科研成果教学转化过程中存在的问题,并提出了科研成果转化为优质研究生教学资源的有效路径和保障机制。Advocating the deep integration of scientific research and graduate teaching,and realizing the promotion of graduate teaching by scientific research are very important to improve the quality of graduate teaching and talent training.How to transform scientific research achievements to high quality graduate teaching resources is an important topic that needs to be studied in graduate teaching reform.Starting from the necessity of transforming scientific research achievements to graduate teaching resources,combined with the characteristics of graduate teaching in plant protection discipline,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the teaching transformation process of scientific research achievements,and put forward the effective path and guarantee mechanism of transforming agricultural scientific research achievements to high quality graduate teaching resources.
