摘 要:旨在探究日粮添加不同水平桉叶素对肉鸡生长性能、血清抗氧化指标及肠道健康的影响。选取144只健康1日龄雄性AA肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只,其中:对照组(CON组)饲喂基础日粮,低浓度桉叶素组(CIN-L组)和高浓度桉叶素组(CIN-H组)分别在基础日粮中添加500和1000 mg/kg的桉叶素粉剂,试验期共42 d。结果:与CON组相比,CIN-L组和CIN-H组的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),CIN-H组料重比显著降低(P<0.05);CIN-L组和CIN-H组血清中丙二醇(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),CIN-L组的血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。各组十二指肠和空肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度和绒隐比均无显著差异(P<0.05),CIN-H组回肠绒毛高度显著高于CON组(P<0.05),CIN-L组隐窝深度显著低于CON组和CIN-H组(P<0.05),而绒隐比显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。CIN-H组十二指肠闭合蛋白(Occludin)和闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)mRNA表达水平显著低于CON组(P<0.05);CIN-H组空肠密封蛋白-1(Claudin-1)和黏蛋白2(MUC2)mRNA表达水平显著低于CIN-L组(P<0.05),黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)mRNA表达水平显著低于CON组(P<0.05);CIN-H组回肠MUC2和黏蛋白5B(MUC5B)mRNA表达水平显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。综上,日粮添加桉叶素可提高肉鸡的生长性能和抗氧化能力,改善肠道形态和屏障功能,本试验条件下的最适添加量为500 mg/kg。The aim was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of cineole on growth performance,serum antioxidant index and intestinal health of broilers.A total of 144 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers were selected for the experiment and were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates of 8 birds each.The CON group was fed with the basal diet,whilethe CIN-L group and the CIN-H group had their basal diets supplemented with cineole at 500 and 1000 mg/kg,respectively.The total experimental period was 42 d.The results showed that the average daily gain was significantly higher in the CIN-L and CIN-H groups compared with the CON group(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower in the CIN-H group(P<0.05).The propylene glycol content was significantly lower in the CIN-L and CIN-H groups than in the CON group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase ac⁃tivity were significantly higher in the CIN-L group than in the CON group(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in duo⁃denal and jejunal villus heights,crypt depths,and villus heights/crypt depths between the CIN-H group and the CON group(P>0.05).The height of ileal villi in the CIN-H group was significantly increased compared with that of the CON group(P<0.05),and the depth of crypts in the CIN-L group was significantly lower than those in the CON group and the CIN-H group(P<0.05).The crypt depth of the CIN-L group was significantly lower than those of the CON group and the CIN-H group(P<0.05),and villus height/crypt depth was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05).In addition,the expression levels of Occludin and ZO-1 mRNA in the duodenum of broiler chickens in CIN-H group were significantly lower than those in the CON group(P<0.05).The expression levels of Claudin-1 and MUC2 mRNA in the jejunum of the CIN-H group were significantly lower than those of the CIN-L group(P<0.05).The expression levels of MUC2 in the jejunum of the CIN-L group were significantly low
