摘　　要：1924年《协医年刊》(The Unison)是由北京协和医学院学生编写的毕业纪念册。该纪念册详尽介绍了北京协和医学院及北京协和医院创办的历史、董事会和领导团队、学科师资、班级、学生团体活动等内容,刊登了校历、校歌、同学录、诗歌、剧本等,全面系统地展现了1924年北京协和医学院及北京协和医院的全貌及学生思想、学习及生活状态。《协医年刊》编撰于协和建院初期,参与了协和文化的塑造和传播,其倡导的科学精神和人道主义精神对中国医学人文精神的培育和发展产生了重要影响。The Unison(1924)was a yearbook assembled and published by the students of the Peking Union Medical College(PUMC),in honor of the first graduation of PUMC.It comprehensively introduced the organizational history,board of trustees and administration,departments and faculty,medical and nursing clas⁃ses,student organizations and activities in PUMC.It also published school calendar and songs,alumni record,poems,drama scripts written by PUMC students.It is a comprehensive and systematic record of PUMC and Pe⁃king Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH)in 1924,providing rich and valuable details in regards to aca⁃demic and spiritual lives of faculty and students.Compiled during the early years of PUMC and PUMCH,the book also contributes to the formation of PUMC and PUMCH culture.It advocates for a spirit of science and hu⁃manity that has significantly influenced the cultivation and development of medical humanistic spirit in China.
