摘 要:智能开采与控制是煤矿开采的重要发展目标,针对综采工作面的地质条件和对支架行程、姿态高精度测量的需求,提出了采用毫米波雷达进行非接触式测量物位的技术方法。介绍了毫米波雷达工作原理,详细阐述了毫米波检测系统设计。该系统搭载喇叭天线有效强化了信号幅度,通过上位机系统实现了毫米波雷达对于支架行程与姿态的探测。通过在黄陵一号煤矿812工作面实际应用表明,在76~81 GHz工作频段范围内的毫米波雷达可以完成7 m范围内的物体测距,探测精度达到±5 mm,实现了毫米波雷达检测系统在工作面的精确测距应用,同时为后续解决支架点云姿态、“上窜下滑”监测、基本材料识别等难题提供了新思路。Intelligent mining and control are critical development goal of coal mining.In response to the geological conditions of fully mechanized mining faces and the demand for high-precision measurement of support stroke and attitude,a technical method for non-contact level measurement using millimeter-wave radar is proposed.The working principle of millimeter-wave radar is introduced,and the design of the millimeter-wave detection system is elaborated in detail.Practical application at the 812 working face of Huangling No.1 coal Mine demonstrates that the millimeter-wave radar operating in the frequency range of 76GHz to 81GHz can complete the ranging of objects within the range of 7m,and the detection accuracy reaches±5mm,which realizes the millimeter-wave radar detection system in the working face.Precise ranging application,and at the same time provide ideas for subsequent solutions to problems such as support point cloud attitude,“creeping and sliding”monitoring,and basic material identification.
