摘 要:社会情感学习是全球基础教育课程与教学变革的重要趋势。如何超越仅从某一特定国家,或某一国家具体研究项目所引发的认识限度,能够基于整体联动、比较分析的视野,聚焦具有引领性、权威性的国际性研究组织发布的系列化报告,澄清相关的误解,再认识社会情感学习的涵义与实施等问题,是进一步推动社会情感学习的理论创新与实践探索的重点。国外相关研究报告表明,社会情感学习是具有明确时代特质的学习形态,它旨在回应后工业时代人类工作、学习与生活方式的深刻变革。同时该学习形态基于现代心理学对智力研究的新进展和社会建构主义等,强调以社会情感技能为手段,以社会性实践为教学过程,旨在建构社会性人格的学习。为更好地理解与推进社会情感学习,还需处理好技能发展与人格完善之间的关系,创新这一学习形态融入课堂教学的方式以及挖掘社会情感学习的中国智慧。In order to cope with the challenges of the new changes in labor patterns and working methods in the post-industrial era to school education,social and emotional learning is based on the new developments in intelligence research in modern psychology,adhering to the theoretical foundations such as social constructivism,outlines a new learning paradigm that takes social and emotional skills as the means,social practice as the teaching process,and aims to construct social personality.This learning form reflects the social personality development as the goal,social and emotional skills for content,role play and service learning as the main learning methods and behavior improvement orientation of expressive evaluation as the basic teaching requirements.In order to better understand and promote social and emotional learning,it is also necessary to deal with the relationship between skills development and personality perfection,innovate the way of integrating this learning form into classroom teaching,and explore the Chinese wisdom of social and emotional learning.
