摘　　要：海洋生态产品价值实现机制构建是一项涉及多学科、多领域的系统工程。当前,我国海洋生态产品价值实现机制的建设仍处于探索阶段,亟须加快相关理论技术及实践举措创新。本文结合我国海洋管理工作实际,分析了海洋生态产品调查监测、价值评价、经营开发以及价值实现保障等机制的相关建设情况及存在问题,系统提出了加强统筹设计、完善评价方法体系、开展多样化生态权益交易、建立产品认证制度、完善投融资法规等建议,以期更好地加快海洋生态产业化,促进生态优势向经济优势转变,推动海洋生态产品价值的实现。The construction of mechanism for value realization of marine ecological products is a systematic project involving multiple disciplines and fields.Currently,the construction of various mechanisms for realizing the value of marine ecological products in China is still in the exploratory stage,and it is urgent to accelerate the innovation of relevant theoretical technologies and practical measures.Based on the actual situation of marine work management in China,this paper analyzes the relevant construction and existing problems of mechanisms for marine ecological product investigation and monitoring,value evaluation,operation and development,and value realization guarantee.It systematically proposes specific suggestions such as strengthening overall design,improving evaluation method system,carrying out diversified ecological right transactions,establishing product certification system,and improving investment and financing regulations,in order to better accelerate the industrialization of marine ecology,promote the transformation of ecological advantages into economic advantages,and promote value realization of marine ecological products.
