高校教师党支部视角下的课程思政教育体系构建与协同发展路径

摘　　要：在落实立德树人这一根本任务过程中,高校教师党支部与“课程思政”是相辅相成的互助关系。文章在阐述教师党支部开展课程思政教育的基础上,结合对教师党支部成员的深入访谈,分析课程思政建设中的难点与困境,进而从教师党支部视域下构建包括育人目标、工作管理机制、思政内容体系、教学场域转化、质量评价在内的“三层五维融合”课程思政教育体系。本文提出了高校教师党支部与“课程思政”协同发展的路径,希冀能为开展高校教师党支部工作与课程思政建设提供思路和参考。In the process of realizing the important mission of education in colleges and universities,the teachers'party branch and“curriculum ideology and politics”are complementary and mutually supportive.On the basis of elaborating the important role of teachers'party branches in the development of course ideology and politics education,the article analyzes the difficulties and dilemmas in the construction of course ideology and politics in combination with in-depth interviews with members of teachers'party branches,and then constructs a“three-layer and five-dimensional integration”system including the goal of educating human beings,the work management mechanism,the ideology and politics content system,the transformation of the teaching field,and the evaluation of quality in the field of the teachers'party branches.The“three-layer and five-dimensional fusion”of course ideological education system is constructed from the perspective of the teachers'party branch.Finally,it puts forward the path of synergistic development of university teachers'party branches and“course ideology and politics”,hoping to provide ideas and references for the work of university teachers'party branches and the construction of course ideology and politics.
