摘 要:光伏行业对于高技能人才的需求持续旺盛,但在扬州光伏高技能人才培养方面存在高职院校培养体系滞后、师资力量不足、企业人才培养成本高等问题。为培养区域经济发展所需的光伏高技能人才,以光伏组件加工现场工程师培养为例,探索“三线一体”的“1+1+1”人才培养模式。通过对接产业发展需求,加强技能创新培养,优化师资队伍结构,校企合作开发教学资源平台等方式,提高人才培养的适应性与时效性。There is a continuous and strong demand for high-skilled talents in the photovoltaic industry.However,several problems still prevail in talent training,such as outdated school training systems,the inadequacy of teaching staff,and the high cost of talent cultivation for enterprises.In order to cultivate high-skilled photovoltaic talents needed for regional economic development,this paper takes the on-site training of engineers for photovoltaic module processing as an example to explore the“1+1+1”talent training model of the“Three-line Integration”.The adaptability and timeliness of talent training can be enhanced by aligning with the needs of industrial development,strengthening the cultivation of skill innovation,optimizing the structure of the teaching staff,and jointly developing the teaching resource platforms through school-enterprise cooperation.
