“技能乡村”背景下乡村工匠分类化培养研究

摘  要:在“技能乡村”建设的现实背景下,推动乡村工匠分类化培养是顺应现代职业教育发展规律和新时期乡村工匠人才需求趋势的必然要求。从角色定位来看,乡村工匠是传承传统技艺的守艺人、建设乡村产业的生力军和壮大技能致富的带头人。为此,推动“技能乡村”背景下乡村工匠的分类化培养应着力构建多元共治的育人模式,优化顶层设计;坚持引育并举的师资建设,壮大师资队伍;形成精准育人的课程体系,加强课程建设;细化分类培养的政策机制,完善制度保障。Under the background of the construction of“skilled countryside”,promoting classified training of rural artisans is an inevitable requirement to conform to the development law of modern vocational education and the demand trend of rural artisans in the new era.From the perspective of role positioning,rural craftsman are the inheritors of traditional skills,the new force for building rural industries,and the leaders for expanding skills and getting rich.Therefore,to promote the classified training of rural artisans under the background of“skilled villages”,we should optimize top-level by building a multi-governance education model,expand the teaching staff by focusing on both talents introduction and nurturing existing ones;strengthen curriculum construction by forming a curriculum system of precise education;and improve the system guarantee by refining policy mechanism of classification training.
