摘　　要：“玛丽·居里行动计划”制定了严格的评审机制和灵活的资助方式,不仅为博士和博士后研究人员提供了丰富的资源和机会,还确保了科研项目的高质量和创新性。本文从计划概述、实施机制、实施效果、计划特点4个方面研究“玛丽·居里行动计划”支持国际化人才开展科学研究的情况,并对我国培养和支持国际化人才提出启示与建议。The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions(MSCA)have established rigorous evaluation mechanisms and flexible funding methods,providing abundant resources and opportunities for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers,as well as ensuring the high quality and innovation of research projects.This paper examines the MSCA’s support for international talent in scientific research from aspects including program overview,implementation mechanisms,outcomes,and characteristics,and proposes insights and recommendations for China’s cultivation and support of international talent.
