摘 要:应用船舶碳捕捉及存储技术对现存船舶改造,实现船舶航运业碳净零排放,满足国际海事组织提出的船舶碳减排目标。船舶燃料中的碳元素充分燃烧转换成二氧化碳(CO_(2)),采用化学吸收剂(醇胺溶液)吸收,吸收了CO_(2)的溶液经过解析分离,得到高纯度高浓度的CO_(2),经压缩、冷却、脱水干燥和液化等工艺流程形成液态CO_(2)存储于CO_(2)存储罐。船舶碳捕捉及存储技术是捕捉船舶排烟管末端烟气中的CO_(2),并存储于CO_(2)存储罐的一项新型技术,是现存船舶广泛使用的船舶碳捕捉及存储技术之一。To actualize the target which reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from ships proposed by international maritime organization,and achieve net-zero emissions from ships,onboard carbon capture and storage technology will be applied to existing ships retrofitted.The carbon element of marine fuel will be converted into carbon dioxide after burning fully,which will be absorbed by ethanol amine solution,and the ethanol amine solution which fully absorbed carbon dioxide will be separated under heating condition to obtain high-purity and high concentration carbon dioxide,which will be stored in liquefied CO_(2)tanks by compression,cooling,dehydration and drying,liquefaction and other processes.Onboard carbon capture and storage technology is that the carbon dioxide at the end of exhaust gas will be captured and stored in liquefied CO_(2)storage tanks,and currently,it is one of the newest technology to be widely used in existing ship area.
