摘　　要：内卷是伴随社会变迁或者文化形态转变而出现的,易受社会文化氛围影响。在县域系统这种社会文化氛围表现为城市精神。本文以晋江为县域典型代表,探讨城市精神会吸引具有何种价值取向的人口流入,它又如何受流动人口内卷感知的影响,三者如何互相形塑并对人口的居留意愿产生影响,在这一影响过程中流动人口的预期起何作用。研究发现,城市精神在流动人口的奋斗信念与居留意愿中起中介作用,这一中介作用受内卷感知的调节,流动人口的收入预期对其内卷感知程度起进一步调节作用。上述结果表明城市精神是人与城价值观念的碰撞与交会,内卷感知在人-城价值匹配中起着滤镜作用,可通过预期的认知调节内卷感知,而居住流动逐渐成为受价值观念驱动的应对方式。Involution emerges with societal changes or cultural transformations,easily influenced by the sociocultural atmosphere.In the context of countylevel systems,this sociocultural atmosphere manifests as the city spirit.This paper uses Jinjiang as a representative example of a county-level area to explore what kinds of value-oriented populations are attracted by the city spirit,how it influences the involution perception of the floating population,how these three aspects shape each other to affect the population's willingness to stay,and what role the expectations of the floating population play in this process.The study finds that the city spirit acts as a mediator between the floating population's struggle values and their willingness to stay.This mediating effect is regulated by the perception of involution,and the income expectations of the floating population further modulate the degree of involution perception.These results indicate that the city spirit represents the collision and convergence of the values of people and the city.The perception of involution is guided by sociocultural values and can be addressed through cognitive regulation of expectations and behavioral changes by residential mobility.
