摘  要:采用耗散型石英晶体微天平(QCM⁃D)实时监测浸金反应过程的微观质量变化,研究了氰化浸金速率的变化规律。结果表明:氰根离子质量浓度55.2 mg/L时,将体系内溶解氧质量浓度从1.5 mg/L提高至8.5 mg/L,浸金速率可从430.9 ng/(cm^(2)·min)提升至514.8 ng/(cm^(2)·min),提高了19.5%;溶解氧质量浓度8.5 mg/L时,将氰根离子质量浓度从22.6 mg/L提高至55.2 mg/L,浸金速率可从60.1 ng/(cm^(2)·min)提升至514.8 ng/(cm^(2)·min),提高了7.6倍。浸金速率与氰根离子质量浓度和溶解氧质量浓度的比值(c_(CN)-/c_(O_(2)))相关,室温下c_(CN)-/c_(O_(2))≈6时,浸金速率较快。Quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation(QCM⁃D)was used to monitor the micro⁃mass change during the gold leaching process for exploring the variation of gold leaching rate in cyanide solution.It is found that with a cyanide ion concentration of 55.2 mg/L and the dissolved oxygen concentration in the system increased from 1.5 mg/L to 8.5 mg/L,the leaching rate of gold can be increased from 430.9 ng/(cm^(2)·min)to 514.8 ng/(cm^(2)·min),up 19.5%;with the dissolved oxygen at the mass concentration of 8.5 mg/L,an increase in the cyanide ion concentration from 22.6 mg/L to 55.2 mg/L can lead to the gold leaching rate up to 514.8 ng/(cm^(2)·min)from 60.1 ng/(cm^(2)·min),presenting a 7.6⁃fold improvement.It is concluded that the gold⁃leaching rate has something to do with the ratio of cyanide ion concentration to dissolved oxygen concentration(c_(CN)-/c_(O_(2))).The gold leaching rate is higher with c_(CN)-/c_(O_(2))≈6 at the room temperature.
