来华留学生群际接触:内涵意蕴、问题挑战及机制构建

摘　　要：来华留学生与中国学生接触交流效果,是影响来华留学教育质量的重要因素。从群际接触泛化类型和目的分析,群际接触理论适用于来华留学生和中国学生间的群际关系研究。积极的群际关系是“趋同化”管理的基础,提升教育培养质量,增进中外交流,推动构建“人类命运共同体”,但面临“工具性”接触、交流媒介、“单一文化”朋友圈、文化价值观念、社会风俗、高校管理模式等方面问题和挑战。以群际接触理论为分析框架,基于平等地位、共同目标、权威支持、跨文化交际等四个最优接触条件,结合认知、行为和情感作用过程,构建来华留学生群际接触机制。最后,提出多元文化空间、管理人员配备、学校政策制度和支持等保障机制运行的实践对策。The interaction effect between international students studying in China and local Chinese students is one of the important factors that affect the quality of international student education and management.From the analysis of generalization typesand purposes,Intergroup Contact Theory is applicable to the study of intergroup relationships between international students in China and local Chinese students.Positive intergroup relationship is the foundation of"management convergence",which helps to improve the quality of international student education in China,enhance cultural exchanges,and practice the concept of"a community with a shared future".But it faces obstacles in terms of"tool-oriented"contact,""single-culture"circle of friends,cultural values,social customs,and university management models.Based on Intergroup Contact Theory,this article constructs an intergroup contact mechanism for international students in China from the perspectives of contact conditions including common cooperation goals,authoritative support,equal status,cross-cultural preparation,and processes of cognition,behavior and emotion.It also proposes practical strategies for ensuring the operation of the above mechanism such as multi-cultural space,personnel allocation,policy systems,and school support.
