摘　　要：大学科研组织体系建设是大学科技创新得以建制化、成体系服务国家和区域重大战略需求的重要基础,包括建设新型科研组织以满足不断增长的外部需求以及协调新旧科研组织之间关系两个方面的内容。组织战略与目标是组织结构设计的基础,大学科研组织变化源自大学科研生产活动多元化和生产组织复杂化。为了满足外部日益增长的科研需求和建设大学核心竞争力,大学倾向于维持一个体系庞杂、功能纷繁的科研组织体系,产生了“多而不优、大而不强”的问题。不同类型与功能科研组织之间的整合成为科研组织体系建设的重点与难点问题。在面向未来需求进行科研组织变革的过程中,现代大学主要采用嵌入、重组与融通的变革策略。The construction of university scientific research organization system is the foundation for university scientific and technological innovation to systematically serve the major strategic needs of the country and region,including the construction of new-type scientific research organizationsto meet the growing external needs and the coordination of the relationship between new and old scientific research organizations.Organizational strategies and goals are the foundation of organizational structure designand the changes of university research organizations stem from the expansion of university research functions,the diversification of research and production activities and the complexity of production units.In order to meet the growing external demand for scientific research and build the competitiveness of universities in scientific research,universities tend to maintain a complex and functionally diverse scientific research organizational system,but at the same time,there is also a problem of"many but not excellent,large but not strong".The integration between different types and functions of scientific research organizations has become a key and difficult issue in the construction of scientific research organizational systems.Embedding,restructuring and integration strategies have been adopted by universities in the process of integrating and transforming scientific research organizations towards future needs.
