系统论视域下全面推进“大思政课”建设探赜

摘　　要：全面推进“大思政课”建设是一项系统工程,自主知识体系是系统基础,思政课是系统内核,协同一体机制是系统保障,育人价值实现是系统运行的结果。“大思政课”系统具有整体性、层次性、开放性、自组织性,包括由思政课课堂教学体系、实践教学体系等组成的内部子系统以及由教学研究体系、智慧平台体系、师资体系、课程思政体系、日常思政教育体系等组成的外部子系统。全面推进“大思政课”建设要以整体性原则推进资源互融互动,搭建“大平台”;以层次性原则促进教学创新创优,建设“大课堂”;以开放性原则实现人才同心同行,建好“大师资”;以自组织性原则畅通系统内外循环,构筑“大格局”。It is a systematic project to comprehensively promote the construction of"grand ideological and political courses".This system is based on an independent knowledge system,with ideological and political courses at its core,supported by a synergistic and integrated mechanism,and ultimately achieving the goal of educating people through the operation of the system.The"grandideological and political courses"system is characterized by wholeness,hierarchy,openness,self-organization,It consists of internal sub-systems including the ideological and political courses teaching system,the practical teaching system,as well as external sub-systems,such as the teaching and research system,the wisdom platform system,the faculty system,the curriculum system,and the daily ideological and political education system.To comprehensively promote the construction of"grand ideological and political courses",it is essential to integrate and coordinate resources,therebyestablishing a"comprehensive platform"based on the principle of wholeness.In parallel,emphasis should be placed on the innovation and excellence of teaching to construct"extended classes,"in accordance with the principle of hierarchy.Furthermore,the principle of openness should be applied to foster the cultivation of diverse talent,ensuring the establishment of a"pluralistic faculty".Finally,the principle of self-organization should be leveraged to facilitate smooth internal and external circulation within the system,ultimately contributing to the formation of a"grand pattern".
