摘 要:数智技术的突飞猛进催生了反思教师教学职责与重构教师角色的议题,对传统教学理念、教学内容、教学方式提出了挑战,高校教师数智化教学迎来了新的发展机遇,但技术的双刃剑效应也极易使教师迷失教育本质,产生身份认同危机。智能时代的高校教师需要主动建构教学新常态,革新教学理念,善用技术增长教学智慧,在实现新质发展的同时,保障教学过程中教师情感关怀的在位,引导学生进行深度学习,在教与育中增进学生的精神成长,凸显教师独特性,实现教学新作为。The rapid development of digital intelligence technology has raised the issue of reflecting on teachers'teaching responsibilities and reconstructing their roles,posing challenges to traditional teaching concepts,teaching contents and teaching methods.Digital intelligence teaching of college teachers has ushered in a new development opportunity.However,the double-edged sword effect of technology also makes it very easy for teachers to lose the essence of education and produce identity crisis.College teachers in the intelligent era need to take the initiative to construct a new normal of teaching,innovate teaching concepts,make good use of technology to increase teaching wisdom,realize new quality development,and ensure the presence of teachers'emotional care in the teaching process,guide students to carry out deep learning,promote students'spiritual growth in teaching and education,highlight the uniqueness of teachers,and realize new teaching actions.
