摘  要:针对ECE与NAO两种制动块在干摩擦条件下开展试验研究,从微观层面分析各个主要环境因素对摩擦副摩擦特性的影响及摩擦因数变化的原因。利用MATLAB搭建两种制动块在制动过程中摩擦特性的仿真数学模型,借助卡尔曼滤波状态方程将其转化为实时状态估计模型,最后导入硬件在环联合仿真系统中验证其适用性。经对比分析,该模型的平均误差仅为0.6872%,可以很好地模拟实际制动过程中摩擦特性的变化情况,为产品研发与仿真研究提供参考。The experimental research is carried out on ECE and NAO brake pads under dry friction conditions to analyze the influence of each major environmental factor on the friction characteristics of the friction pair and the reasons for the change in friction factor at the microscopic level.A simulation mathematical model of the friction characteristics of the two types of brake pads in the braking process is constructed using MATLAB,transformed into a real-time state estimation model with the help of Kalman filter equation of state,and finally imported into the hardware-in-the-loop joint simulation system to verify its applicability.Comparative analysis shows that the model has an average error of only 0.6872%,which can well simulate the change in friction characteristics in the actual braking process and provide a reference for production development and simulation research.
