造船门式起重机双层底结构的制作工艺研究

摘  要:双层底结构形式的下翼缘板在结构制作过程中,由于其结构特点,往往造成下翼缘外层底板在中间区域鼓起,成锅底状,并且下翼缘外层底板沿起重机跨距方向的边缘区域有较大的角变形,平整度超过设计规范允许的公差值。后期,通过火工结合外力进行矫正,会造成制造成本的增加,且这样的变形往往很难矫正到设计规范允许的平整度公差要求。为解决这一问题,研究了造船门式起重机双层底结构的制作工艺。通过优化生产设计,合理设置焊接顺序,反变形的预放及翻转胎架的设计,对角变形和平整度进行了有效控制。经施工实践,证明该工艺方法可靠可行。In the structural manufacturing process of the lower flange plate with a doublebottom structural form,due to its structural characteristics,the outer bottom plate of the lower f lange often bulges in the middle area,forming a pot bottom shape.In addition,the edge area of the outer bottom plate of the lower f lange along the crane span direction has a large angular deformation,and the planeness exceeds the tolerance value allowed by the design specifications.In a later stage,straightening by flame and external forces will cause an increase in manufacturing costs,and such deformation is often difficult to be straightened to meet the planeness error requirements allowed by the design specifications.To solve this problem,the manufacturing process of the double-bottom structure of the shipbuilding gantry crane is studied.Through optimization of the production design,reasonable setting of the welding sequence,reserved margin for antideformation and design of the overturning tyre frame,the angular deformation and planeness are effectively controlled.Through construction practice,it has been proven that the process method is reliable and feasible.
