摘  要:为实现西康高铁太兴山隧道安全、快速、高质量建设,减轻作业人员的劳动强度,开展单线隧道机械化配套的研究。根据现场的施工流程,将机械化配套分为5条作业线,对每条作业线上的机械化施工人机资源进行合理的配套,提高了机械化施工的技术含量,使机械设备在对应的施工环节充分发挥,形成了一套完整单线隧道机械化配套施工工艺。To realize safe,fast and high-quality construction of the Taixingshan tunnel of Xi’an-Ankang high-speed railway and reduce labor intensity of operators,the mechanized supporting for single-line tunnels is studied.According to the onsite construction process,the mechanized supporting is divided into five operation lines,and the mechanized construction man-machine resources on each operation line are reasonably matched,which enhances the technology of mechanized construction,allows full play of the mechanical equipment in the corresponding construction links and forms a complete set of mechanized supporting construction process for single-line tunnels.
