摘　　要：思想政治工作是中国共产党的政治优势与优良传统,党的百年征程同样是思想政治工作的百年发展。在中国共产党栉风沐雨的奋斗历程中,思想政治工作表现出一种不断因时而生、应势而为的动态变化过程。思想政治工作不是先验的定在,也不是虚空的存在,而是主体实践产生的实在。它始终坚持马克思主义的指导,以主体需要为生成的内生动力,以历史场域为生成的外在依据,以实事求是为生成法则,以与时俱进为生成路径,形成一个开放的灵活的动态系统。思想政治工作是在实践的过程中不断满足党和国家革命、建设和改革的需要,不断适应社会发展、跟随时代进步,以此为党和国家凝聚思想共识、汇聚精神力量。Ideological and political work is the political advantage and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China.Its 100-year journey is also the centennial development of ideological and political work.In the continuous struggle of the Communist Party of China,ideological and political work presents a dynamic change emerging as the times require.It is generated and developed instead of transcendental and fictional existence.It forms an open and agile dynamic system by following the guidance of Marxism,taking subjective needs as the inherent driving force,history as the external basis,seeking truth from facts as the generative law,and keeping pace with the times as the development path.It meets the demands of revolution,construction and reform of the Party and the country in the course of practice,commits to adapting to social development and follow the progress of the times.That means it gathers ideological consensus and spiritual strength for the Party and the country.
