摘　　要：新时代公民道德建设的目标,旨在培养具备高尚道德情操、深厚家国情怀、积极社会责任感的新时代公民。自2019年党和国家颁布《新时代公民道德建设实施纲要》以来,虽已在公民道德建设方面取得了一系列成绩,但要达到最终目标仍需持续努力,务必再次明确新时代公民道德建设的原则与发展路径,遵循阶级性、集体性、价值引领性的原则,实施传承创新、法治保障、教育引导等具体路径,循途守辙,确保道德建设工作按计划、有秩序地进行,以更好地达到新时代公民道德建设目标,推动公民道德素养的提升,共同建设社会主义和谐社会。The goal of civic moral development in the new era is to cultivate citizens with noble moral sentiments,deep patriotic feelings,and a strong sense of social responsibility.Since the release of the"Outline for the Implementation of Civic Moral Development in the New Era"in 2019 by the Party and the state,significant progress has been made in civic moral development.However,issues of moral misconduct among citizens continue to emerge frequently,indicating that the achievement of the ultimate goals still requires continuous effort.It is essential to reaffirm the principles and development pathways for civic moral development in the new era.By adhering to the principles of class-based,collective,and value-guided approaches,and implementing specific pathways such as cultural inheritance and innovation,legal guarantees,and educational guidance,the moral development work can proceed as planned and orderly,thereby better achieving the goals of civic moral development in the new era.This will contribute to the enhancement of citizens'moral quality and the collective construction of a harmonious socialist society.
