摘　　要：卵巢恶性畸胎瘤作为医疗领域常见的疾病之一,备受医学界的广泛关注,该疾病在临床中发病于女性,对患者的健康与生命安全造成了极大的影响。卵巢恶性畸胎瘤根据病理类型可以分为卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤、卵巢成熟畸胎瘤恶变、单胚层畸胎瘤和高度特异肿瘤4种,其中卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤和卵巢成熟畸胎瘤恶变在临床上比较常见,且高发于年轻女性。然而年轻女性多数具有生育需求,在诊疗中需尽可能减少对其生育功能的损伤,增加了卵巢恶性畸胎瘤治疗的难度。在治疗上,针对较严重的恶性畸胎瘤患者首选手术治疗,轻微患者可以采取免疫治疗等。本文针对卵巢恶性畸胎瘤的概念和疾病症状进行了论述,可为疾病的早期发现提供有效的参考,同时还详细描述了该疾病的超声表现及治疗方法,依据超声结果可对疾病做出诊断,进而制订相应的治疗方案,旨在进一步提升卵巢恶性畸胎瘤治疗水平。Ovarian malignant teratoma,as one of the common diseases in the medical field,has attracted extensive attention in the medical field.The disease occurs in women clinically,which has a great impact on the health and life safety of patients.According to the pathological type,ovarian malignant teratoma can be divided into four types:ovarian immature teratoma,malignant ovarian mature teratoma,monoblastoma teratoma and highly specific tumor.Among them,the malignant transformation of ovarian immature teratoma and ovarian mature teratoma are quite common in clinical practice,and occur more frequently in young women.However,most young women have reproductive needs,and it is necessary to minimize the damage to their reproductive function in the diagnosis and treatment,which increases the difficulty of the treatment of ovarian malignant teratoma.In the treatment,surgery treatment is the first choice for patients with severe malignant teratoma,and immunotherapy can be used for mild patients.This article discusses the concept and disease symptoms of ovarian malignant teratoma,which can provide an effective reference for the early detection of the disease.At the same time,the ultrasound manifestations and treatment methods of the disease are described in detail,and the disease can be diagnosed based on the ultrasound results,and then formulate a corresponding treatment plan,aiming to further improve the treatment level of ovarian malignant teratoma.
