种植覆盖义齿与全口义齿修复牙列缺失效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究比较牙列缺失患者种植覆盖义齿与全口义齿修复的临床效果,为制订义齿修复方案提供参考。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月闽清县总医院收治的牙列缺失患者50例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组应用全口义齿修复治疗,观察组采用种植覆盖义齿修复治疗。比较两组患者短期固位情况、牙槽嵴吸收情况以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组短期固位优良率为100.00%,对照组为88.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.191,P>0.05)。观察组前牙区牙槽嵴吸收情况为(1.50±0.15)mm,后牙区为(1.82±0.15)mm,均低于对照组的(1.86±0.25)、(2.29±0.30)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05)。结论牙列缺失患者采用种植覆盖义齿修复和全口义齿修复治疗均可发挥明显作用效果,但种植覆盖义齿修复治疗可减少牙槽嵴吸收,防止并发症发生,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore and compare the clinical effects of implantable overdentures and complete dentures in patients with missing dentition,providing reference for developing denture restoration plans.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,50 patients with missing dentition admitted to Minqing County General Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received complete dentures restoration treatment,while the observation group received implantable overdentures restoration treatment.The short-term fixation,alveolar ridge resorption and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were compared.Results The excellent rate of short-term fixation of the observation group was 100.00%,while that of the control group was 88.00%,and there was no statistically significant difference(χ~2=3.191,P>0.05).The alveolar ridge resorption in the anterior teeth area of the observation group was(1.50±0.15)mm,and in the posterior teeth area it was(1.82±0.15)mm,which were both lower than those of the control group with(1.86±0.25)and(2.29±0.30)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than that in the control group with 32.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.500,P<0.05).Conclusion Both implantable overdenture and complete denture restoration could have significant effects on patients with missing dentition.However,implantable overdenture restoration could reduce alveolar ridge absorption,prevent complications,and had high safety,and which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
