摘　　要：近年来人工智能飞速发展,药学也已经逐步从传统单一学科,走向跨维度、跨学科,跨专业的综合发展领域;药物研发及生产,在与人工智能结合后,展现出前所未有的新变革。本综述对人工智能在现代药物研发及生产中的应用进行了详细描述,包括非临床研究阶段、临床研究阶段、生产阶段等各环节的各种最新和最先进应用场景的介绍与分析等。最后对现阶段人工智能存在的几个问题进行了讨论。In recent years,with the rapid development of artificial intelligence,pharmacy has gradually moved from a traditional single discipline to a comprehensive development field with exaggerated dimensions,interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary;Drug research、development and production,combined with artificial intelligence,show unprecedented new changes.This review describes the application of artificial intelligence in modern drug research and development and production in detail,including the introduction and analysis of the latest and most advanced application scenarios in non-clinical research stage,clinical research stage and production stage.Finally,several problems existing in artificial intelligence at this stage are discussed.
