摘　　要：在经济社会与市场环境日趋复杂多变的背景下,企业财务韧性作为其核心能力的体现,对于其长期稳健与可持续发展至关重要。是否具备财务韧性,直接影响其应对环境变迁、捕捉机遇及抵御风险的能力。相较于传统资源基础观,动态能力理论更关注企业在不确定性中的适应与调整,与当前经济态势高度契合。因此,本研究基于动态能力理论,构建财务韧性评价体系,从识别、承载、整合重构及发展能力四维度全面评价财务韧性,并运用熵权TOPSIS法量化测度。该体系精准实用,为企业在多变市场中制定前瞻且应变的财务战略提供有力理论支撑与实践指导,有助于企业深入评估财务韧性并优化财务战略。研究结果显示,该评价体系具有较高的精准性与实用性,能够为企业在日新月异的市场环境中制定更具前瞻性与应变能力的财务战略提供有力的理论支撑与实践指导。通过对企业财务韧性的深入评估,本研究为企业在不断变化的市场环境中制定更具前瞻性和应变能力的财务战略提供了重要参考。In the context of increasingly complex and volatile economic and market environments,corporate financial resilience,as an embodiment of its core competencies,is crucial for its long-term stability and sustainable development.The presence or absence of financial resilience directly impacts a firm’s ability to adapt to environmental changes,seize opportunities,and withstand risks.Compared to the traditional resource-based view,the dynamic capability theory places greater emphasis on a firm’s adaptation and adjustment in uncertainty,which aligns closely with the current economic landscape.Therefore,this study constructs a financial resilience evaluation system based on the dynamic capability theory,comprehensively assessing financial resilience from four dimensions:identification,carrying capacity,integration and reconstruction,and development capability.The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method is employed for quantitative measurement.This system is precise and practical,providing robust theoretical support and practical guidance for firms to formulate forward-looking and adaptable financial strategies in ever-changing markets.It aids corporations in thoroughly evaluating their financial resilience and optimizing their financial strategies.The research findings indicate that this evaluation system is highly accurate and practical,offering powerful theoretical and practical assistance for firms to devise more forward-thinking and adaptable financial strategies amid rapidly evolving market conditions.Through a thorough assessment of corporate financial resilience,this study provides significant insights for firms to formulate financial strategies that are both forwardlooking and responsive in the continuously shifting market environment.
