摘　　要：随着新技术的不断涌现,知识产权战略需要不断扩展和更新,以适应新质生产力发展的需要,然而,在新质生产力发展导向下,目前知识产权战略在驱动新质生产力发展方面面临诸多挑战。本文以浙江省知识产权战略实施为例,探讨应对策略。With the continuous emergence of new technologies,the intellectual property strategy needs to be continuously expanded and updated to meet the needs of the development of new quality productivity.However,under the guidance of the development of new quality productivity,the current intellectual property strategy faces many challenges in driving the development of new quality productivity.This article takes the implementation of intellectual property strategy in Zhejiang Province as an example to explore response strategies.
