摘　　要：本文旨在探讨高校科技成果转移转化过程中的实际困难并给出解决路径。从政策建议、评价机制改革、配套服务体系、平台建设等多个方面剖析问题,优化成果转化路径,助力科技成果转化。This paper aims to explore the practical challenges in the process of transferring and commercializing scientific and technological achievements in universities and to propose solutions.By examining issues from multiple perspectives,including policy recommendations,reform of evaluation mechanisms,supporting service systems,and platform construction,it seeks to optimize the pathway for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and facilitate their effective transformation.
