摘　　要：2025年,随着美国新一届政府就职及其一系列政策出台,航运市场外部环境不确定性攀升至新高度。美国关税走向、俄乌问题发展、红海复航前景以及欧盟碳排放法规实施等诸多因素,深刻影响着全球航运业。在此背景下,马士基与赫伯罗特组建的双子星联盟,以及由ONE、HMM和阳明组建的Premier联盟先后正式运营,这标志着集装箱航运业告别“三足鼎立”时代,新的班轮联盟竞争格局已然开启。In 2025,with the inauguration of the new U.S.government and the launching of a series of policies,the uncertainty of the external environment of the shipping market has risen to a new height.Many factors,such as the direction of U.S.tariffs,the development of the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the prospects of shipping resumption in the Red Sea,and the implementation of EU's carbon emission regulations,are profoundly impacting the global shipping industry.
