摘  要:针对硅基OLED PAL驱动模组微型化、低功耗、高画质的要求,采用国产系统级封装FPGA作为处理芯片,设计了一款硅基OLED PAL驱动模组硬件电路。软件设计方面采用模块化思路对数字系统进行了自顶向下(Top‑Down)设计划分,基于时空混合插值算法设计了去隔行数字模块,实现了PAL制模拟视频隔行扫描到逐行扫描的视频格式转换;基于二维双线性插值算法设计了缩放模块,实现了视频缩放功能。测试结果表明,设计的PAL驱动模组较原有产品整体功耗降低了30%,图像显示质量有明显提升。The PAL driver module based on OLEDoS was widely used in the night vision sighting system and helmet display system.Aiming at the requirements of miniaturization,low power consumption and high image quality,a PAL drive module hardware circuit was designed using domestic system-level package FPGA as the processing chip.In the aspect of software design,the digital system was divided into Top-Down by modularization idea.The deinterlacing digital module was designed based on temporal-spatial mixed interpolation algorithm,and the video format conversion from interlacing to progressive scanning was realized.Based on two-dimensional bilinear interpolation algorithm,the scaler module was designed to realize the video scaling function.The test results showed that the designed PAL driver module could reduce the overall power consumption by 30%compared with the original product,and the image display quality has been significantly improved.
