有轨电车防折弯系统压力保护特性研究与测试

摘  要:有轨电车的防折弯系统用来防止单个车体模块在车辆行驶于直轨道和曲线以及驶入和驶出曲线时产生不需要的位移和运动,以及通过液压横向减震来提高列车行驶的舒适性。防折弯系统源于西门子低地板原型车,国内相关主机厂引入该车型时缺乏对其压力特性的研究与测试分析。针对这一问题,对防折弯系统的压力保护性能,即低压补偿、高压溢流与爆破进行了研究,并对防折弯系统的高压保护性能进行了五种工况模式下的测试。通过对测试结果的分析,得到以下结论:管路反接模式在最小曲线R25m工况下系统Z1、Z2回路产生瞬时高压,爆破片穿孔破裂,系统内的油液泄到阀体外最终导致压力骤降。The anti-bending system of the tramcar is designed to prevent unwanted displacement and movement of individual car body modules when the vehicle travels on straight tracks,curves,and when entering and exiting curves.It also enhances the ride comfort of the train through hydraulic lateral shock absorption.The anti-bending system originated from the Siemens low-floor prototype vehicle.When domestic main manufacturers introduced this model,they lacked research and test analysis on its pressure characteristics.To address this issue,the pressure protection performance of the anti-bending system,including low-pressure compensation,high-pressure overflow,and burst,was studied.Additionally,the high-pressure protection performance of the antibending system was tested under five different working conditions.Through the analysis of the test results,the following conclusions were drawn:In the reverse connection mode of the pipeline,under the minimum curve R25 m condition,the Z1 and Z2 circuits of the system generated instantaneous high pressure,causing the burst disc to perforate and rupture,and the oil in the system leaked outside the valve body,ultimately resulting in a sudden drop in pressure.
