摘　　要：针对现有小型钢轨打磨机效率低、劳动强度大、人体疲劳损伤较大,以及大型钢轨打磨列车成本高、体积质量大、较为笨重等问题,设计了一种机械化程度高的钢轨打磨维护车。该车采用万向传动机构、差速器、转向装置和避震装置等构成整车行走驱动装置,采用电机、丝杠、减速齿轮和磨砂轮等构成钢轨打磨装置,可以完成不同轨道的打磨任务;同时讨论了底盘的结构设计问题。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,large labor intensity,large fatigue damage of human body,high cost,large volume and mass,heavy weight of the existing small rail grinder,etc.A kind of high mechanization rail grinding and maintenance vehicle is designed.The vehicle adopts universal transmission,differential,steering device and shock absorber to form the driving device of the whole vehicle,and adopts motor,lead screw,reduction gear and grinding wheel to form the rail grinding device,it can finish the grinding task of different rails,and the structure design of chassis is discussed.
