摘　　要：介绍了某车轴生产线在现有离线台架的基础上,根据推料装置的安装尺寸,设计反向拨料装置,使离线台架同时具备自动上料和下料的功能,满足车轴生产时不同工艺上料或者下料的需要。在生产过程中需要使用下料功能时,将离线台架主拨爪拆卸更换为反向拨料杆,辅助拨爪(两组)下压到位后螺栓固定,利用减速电机反转实现自动下料。This paper presents that on the basis of the existing off-line bench of a certain axle production line,a reverse material shifting device is designed in accordance with the installation dimensions of the material pushing device,enabling the off-line bench to have the functions of automatic loading and unloading simultaneously,and satisfying the requirements of different processes for loading or unloading during axle production.When the unloading function is needed in the production process,the main shifting claw of the off-line bench is disassembled and replaced with a reverse material shifting rod.After the auxiliary shifting claws(two groups)are pressed down in place,they are fixed with bolts,and the automatic unloading is realized by reversing the deceleration motor.
