摘  要:鉴于目前一些冶金备件常规修复工艺未能达到技术要求,通过对激光器原理、设备分类、工艺优缺点和适合修复的备件等方面进行综合分析,总结出了冶金备件适合激光加工的产品范围,从而为该领域的产品修复提供了激光运用的依据。In view of the problem that some conventional repair techniques for metallurgical spare parts fail to meet the technical requirements at present,through a comprehensive analysis of aspects such as the principle of lasers,equipment classification,advantages and disadvantages of the process,and spare parts suitable for repair,the product range of metallurgical spare parts suitable for laser processing has been summarized,thereby providing a basis for the application of lasers in the repair of products in this field.
