摘  要:根据《上海市固定污染源自动监控系统建设、联网、运维和管理有关规定》的通知(沪环规[2022]4号)要求,水污染源在线监测系统应安装采集混合水样、混匀及暂存混合水样、保护样品等功能的水质自动采样系统,废水水样采集由原来的瞬时采样更改为混合采样。文中对水污染在线监测系统的集成与测量原理进行了简述,对该系统在间歇排放工艺中的两种取样方式进行了比较,并对优化后的取样方式进行了验证。结果表明该取样方法适合在钢铁企业废水间歇排放工艺中应用,在实际应用运行稳定,解决了废水间歇排放取样不具备代表性等问题。According to the Notice on the Construction,Networking,Operation,and Management of Shanghai Fixed Pollution Source Automatic Monitoring System(Hu Huan Gui[2022]No.4),the online monitoring system for water pollution sources should be equipped with a water quality automatic sampling system that can collect mixed water samples,mix and temporarily store mixed water samples,and protect samples.The collection of wastewater samples should be changed from instantaneous sampling to mixed sampling.The article briefly describes the integration and measurement principles of the online monitoring system for water pollution,compares two sampling methods of the system in intermittent discharge processes,and verifies the optimized sampling method.The results indicate that this sampling method is suitable for application in the intermittent discharge process of wastewater in steel enterprises.It runs stably in practical applications and solves the problem of non representativeness in intermittent discharge sampling of wastewater.
