摘  要:随着全球贸易的快速发展,港口散货装卸作业的效率和安全性要求日益提高。本文针对卸船机流量自动控制系统进行了深入研究,提出了一系列优化措施,旨在提高系统的控制性能和稳定性。通过采用微分先行与滤波的精细化设计、智能PID控制器的设计与实现以及数字PID控制的精细化实现,显著提升了卸船机流量控制系统的响应速度和控制精度。本文还探讨了优化后的PID控制算法在实际应用中的效果,包括提高作业效率、保证流量稳定性、提升安全性和便于远程监控与管理。最后,本文展望了未来的研究方向,包括优化控制算法、加强故障诊断与预警以及提升系统可扩展性与可维护性。With the rapid development of global trade,the efficiency and safety requirements of bulk cargo handling operations at ports are increasingly high.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the automatic flow control system of ship unloaders and proposes a series of optimization measures aimed at improving the control performance and stability of the system.By adopting refined design of differential lead and filtering,the design and implementation of intelligent PID controllers,and the refined implementation of digital PID control,the response speed and control accuracy of the ship unloader flow control system have been significantly improved.This paper also discusses the effects of the optimized PID control algorithm in practical applications,including improving operational efficiency,ensuring flow stability,enhancing safety,and facilitating remote monitoring and management.Finally,the paper looks forward to future research directions,including optimizing control algorithms,strengthening fault diagnosis and early warning,and enhancing system scalability and maintainability.
