摘 要:自动化集装箱码头的高效运营依赖于智能化搬运设备的协调与技术优化。本文系统分析了自动化码头中五种关键搬运设备的类型和技术特性,包括全自动化轨道式龙门起重机(RMG)、轮胎式龙门起重机(RTG)、自动引导车辆(AGV)、自动化轨道小车(ASC)以及全自动化岸桥(QC)。结合当前技术前沿讨论了这些设备在调度与路径优化、能源效率、环境影响、安全性及风险控制方面的挑战。文章特别关注如何通过数据分析与智能化技术提升设备运作的灵活性与可靠性,以实现更高水平的作业效率和风险管控。研究结果表明,通过集成高效算法、智能监控及创新能源管理方案,自动化集装箱码头设备的运营效率得以显著提升并在可持续发展方面取得积极进展。The efficient operation of automated container terminals relies on the coordination and technological optimization of intelligent handling equipment.This article systematically analyzes the types and technical characteristics of five key handling equipment in automated docks,including fully automated gantry cranes(RMG),tire gantry cranes(RTG),automated guided vehicles(AGV),automated track cars(ASC),and fully automated quay cranes(QC).The challenges of scheduling and path optimization,energy efficiency,environmental impact,safety,and risk control for these devices were discussed in conjunction with the current technological frontier.The article particularly focuses on how to improve the flexibility and reliability of equipment operation through data analysis and intelligent technology,in order to achieve higher levels of operational efficiency and risk management.The research results indicate that by integrating efficient algorithms,intelligent monitoring,and innovative energy management solutions,the operational efficiency of automated container terminal equipment can be significantly improved and positive progress can be made in sustainable development.
