摘  要:膳食纤维具有改善肠道菌群、为肠上皮细胞供能、增强肠道屏障等功能。可溶性膳食纤维的营养特性优于不溶性膳食纤维,而纤维源饲料中不溶性膳食纤维含量远高于可溶性膳食纤维。目前,我国饲料资源紧缺,开发利用饲用纤维源饲料可以缓解人畜争粮问题。本文主要综述了膳食纤维的功能和营养特性、纤维源饲料及加工处理方法等方面的研究进展,为纤维源饲料在畜禽养殖生产中的应用提供有效依据和理论指导。Dietary fiber has the functions of improving intestinal flora,providing energy for intestinal epithelial cells and strengthening intestinal barrier.The nutritional characteristics of soluble dietary fiber are better than that of insoluble dietary fiber,while the content of insoluble dietary fiber in fiber source feed is much higher than that of soluble dietary fiber.At present,there is a shortage of feed resources in China,and the development and utilization of fiber source feed can alleviate the problem of food competition between humans and animals.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of dietary fiber’s function and nutritional characteristics,fiber source feed and its processing methods,so as to provide effective basis and theoretical guidance for the application of fiber source feed in livestock and poultry breeding production.
