摘  要:为了提高城市轨道交通运营管理专业学生的就业质量,本文将分析城市轨道交通运营管理专业学生所需的职业能力,结合当前高职院校城市轨道交通运营管理专业课程思政教学模式构建中存在的问题,从提高教师的课程思政教学能力、深度挖掘专业课程中的思政元素、创新设计课程思政教学活动、完善课程思政教学评价等方面,探讨基于岗位引领的城市轨道交通运营管理专业课程思政教学模式构建策略,以期培养高素质的城市轨道交通运营管理人才。In order to improve the employment quality of urban rail transit operation management students,this paper will analyze the vocational ability required by urban rail transit operation management students,combined with the problems existing in the construction of the ideological and political teaching mode of urban rail transit operation management major courses in higher vocational colleges,from the aspects of improving teachers'course ideological and political teaching ability,deeply excavating the ideological and political elements in professional courses,innovating the design of course ideological and political teaching activities,and improving the evaluation of course ideological and political teaching.This paper discusses the construction strategy of ideological and political teaching mode based on post-led urban rail transit operation management professional courses,in order to cultivate high-quality urban rail transit operation and management talents.
