摘　　要：本文研究临沧市中职汽修教师队伍结构的优化路径,通过分析临沧市中职汽修教师队伍的现状,指出了目前临沧市中职汽修教师队伍结构存在的问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了优化路径,以提高临沧市中职汽修教师的整体素质和教学能力,促进中职汽修教育的健康发展。This paper studies the optimization path of the structure of secondary vocational auto repair teachers in Lincang City,analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational auto repair teachers in Lincang City,points out the problems existing in the structure of secondary vocational auto repair teachers in Lincang City,and proposes the optimization path to improve the overall quality and teaching ability of secondary vocational auto repair teachers in Lincang City,and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational auto repair education.
