摘　　要：通过深入各铁路局集团公司,挖掘“高寒高铁”特色元素,并将“高寒高铁”特色元素、课程思政元素融入核心课程,其中以专业核心课程为例,详细阐述了“高寒高铁”特色融入和实践过程。同时调整了人才培养大纲,突出了“高寒高铁+课程思政”特色,丰富了课程内容,体现了高校服务地方企业的基本定位,兼顾了学生求职就业铁路局集团公司岗前基本业务知识和“高寒高铁+课程思政”特色育人模式建设。By going deep into the railway bureau group companies,the characteristic elements of"alpine high-speed railway"are excavated,and the characteristic elements of"alpine high-speed railway"and the ideological and political elements of the course are integrated into the core curriculum.At the same time,the talent training outline was adjusted,highlighting the characteristics of"alpine high-speed rail+course ideology and politics",enriching the course content,reflecting the basic positioning of colleges and universities serving local enterprises,and taking into account the basic business knowledge of students'job search and employment and the construction of the characteristic education mode of"alpine high-speed rail+course ideology and politics".
