摘  要:随着全球经济一体化和电子商务的迅猛发展,推动了物流行业的快速变革,也对高校物流管理专业的教学提出了更高要求。产教融合,即产业界与教育界的深度融合,被视为提升物流管理专业教学质量、增强学生实践能力和就业竞争力的有效途径。物流管理专业教师需要将产教融合教学模式,应用于教学实践中,通过校企合作、工学交替等形式,将理论知识与实践操作紧密结合,为物流管理专业的教学改革提供了新的思路。本文讲解了基于产教融合视域的物流管理专业教学优化意义、问题,并对优化策略进行了浅析,期望可以给予物流管理专业教师一定的参考意义。With the rapid development of global economic integration and e-commerce,the rapid change of the logistics industry has been promoted,and higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching of logistics management in colleges and universities.The integration of industry and education,that is,the deep integration of industry and education,is regarded as an ef fective way to improve the teaching quality of logistics management and enhance students' practical ability and employment competitiveness.Teachers of logistics management need to apply the teaching mode of integration of production and education to teaching practice,and closely combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation through school-enterprise cooperation and work-study alternation,which provides new ideas for the teaching reform of logistics management.This paper explains the significance and problems of logistics management teaching optimization based on the perspective of integration of industry and education,and analyzes the optimization strategy,hoping to give certain reference signifi cance to logistics management teachers.
