大国工匠视域下高职新能源汽车专业课程思政建设路径的研究

摘　　要：文章旨在探究大国工匠视域中如何构建课程思政和专业教育整合体系,促进教师思政教育能力提升,同时强化学生思政意识和实践能力培养。研究提出要明确课程思政目标和要求、融合课程内容和思政元素、创新教学方法和手段、强化教师思政教育理论培训等,推动教师的专业发展和思政教育实践、构建教师思政教育的激励机制、开展多种形式的思政实践活动、加强学生思政学习、健全学生思政教育评价体系。通过上述举措,能够培养兼具专业技能、社会责任感、创新精神等多方面能力的新能源汽车专业人才。The purpose of this paper is to explore how to construct an integrated system of curriculum ideological and political education and professional education from the perspective of craftsmen in a great country,promote the improvement of teachers' ideological and political education ability,and strengthen the cultivation of students' ideological and political awareness and practical ability.The study proposes to clarify the ideological and political objectives and requirements of the curriculum,integrate the curriculum content and ideological and political elements,innovate teaching methods and means,strengthen the theoretical training of teachers' ideological and political education,promote teachers' professional development and ideological and political education practice,build an incentive mechanism for teachers' ideological and political education,carry out various forms of ideological and political practice activities,strengthen students' ideological and political learning,and improve the evaluation system of students' ideological and political education.Through the above measures,we can cultivate new energy vehicle professionals with professional skills,social responsibility,and innovative spirit.
