摘 要:EA4T合金钢常用于高速列车车轴制造中,在腐蚀环境中运行时,会显著缩短其服役寿命。作为环境因素与力学因素耦合作用的失效行为,腐蚀疲劳受到加载条件、构件属性和腐蚀介质的共同作用,因此,车轴作为高速列车关键性部件之一,其安全可靠性也受到了新的挑战。鉴于此,本文以EA4T车轴钢为研究对象,首先对车轴钢试样进行不同时间的预腐蚀处理,然后对不同腐蚀时间的试样进行表面形貌观测、硬度值测试以及疲劳性能分析。结果表明,腐蚀时间对车轴钢的表面完整性及力学性能具有较大影响,随着腐蚀时间的延长,车轴试样表面腐蚀程度持续严重,由最初的点状蚀坑发展为片状,且表面硬度值降低,疲劳寿命呈现下降的趋势。EA4T alloy steel is commonly used in high-speed train axles,which significantly shorten their service life when operating in corrosive environments.As a failure behavior resulting from the coupled eff ects of environmental and mechanical factors,corrosion fatigue is infl uenced jointly by loading conditions,component properties,and corrosive media.Therefore,as one of the crucial components of high-speed trains,the axle is confronted with new challenges to its safety and reliability.In view of this,this paper takes EA4T axle steel as the research object.Firstly,the axle steel specimens are pre-corroded for diff erent durations.Then,the surface morphology of the specimens with diff erent corrosion times is observed,their hardness values are tested,and the fatigue performance is analyzed.The results show that the corrosion time has a significant impact on the surface integrity and mechanical properties of the axle steel.As the corrosion time prolongs,the corrosion degree of the axle specimen surface continuously worsens.It evolves from the initial point-like corrosion pits to sheet-like corrosion areas,and the surface hardness value decreases.Moreover,the fatigue life shows a downward trend.
