校局协同育人:专业综合实训融入思政元素路径探究

摘  要:教育部提出全员、全过程、全方位的“三全育人”的要求。要求指出高校人才培养中,以多种育人模式和路径形式,既要重视知识的传授,更要注重正确的价值观的塑造和培养。文章校局协同育人模式为主线,以“道路交通管理专业综合实训课”为例,以“道路交通事故处理、道路交通指挥手势、道路交通违法行为查处、道路交通管控”四个主要内容为切入点,深度挖掘专业综合实训中蕴含的思政元素,形成道路交通管理专业综合实训“课前、课中、课后”环环相扣内部逻辑架构,最后努力探索和提出实现铸魂育人的路径和方法,从党建引领、实战引领、价值引领三个方面构建“全员、全过程、全方位”的育人框架和模式。The Ministry of Education put forward the requirements of"three comprehensive education"for all employees,the whole process and all aspects.It is required to point out that in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,in a variety of education modes and paths,we should not only pay attention to the teaching of knowledge,but also pay attention to the shaping and cultivation of correct values.This paper takes the school-bureau collaborative education model as the main line,takes the"comprehensive training course of road traffi c management"as an example,takes the four main contents of"road traffi c accident handling,road traffi c command gestures,investigation and handling of road traffi c violations,and road traffi c control"as the entry point,and deeply excavates the ideological and political elements contained in the professional comprehensive training,to form the interlocking internal logical framework of the comprehensive training of road traffi c management"before,during and after class".Practical guidance and value leadership are three aspects to build a"full staff,whole process,all-round"education framework and model.
